REGISTRATION TERMS FOR INSTRUCTIONAL CLASSES

Our instructional programs run through 4 sessions throughout the year – Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer.

We will do our best to keep schedules the same from session to session; however, due to need and availability, there may be instances where class times may change. In such instances you will be given sufficient notice and staff will work with you to find appropriate solutions if changes are unsuitable.

LATE REGISTRATION
TumbleTown will accept registration at any time in the session, dependent on class availability. Fees will be prorated accordingly.
CLASS TRANSFERS
Transfers are permitted dependent on class availability. Contact customer service with any requests.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
Classes must meet our minimum class size in order to run. TumbleTown reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes based on enrollment. You will be notified and will receive a full refund for a class should it be cancelled due to low enrollment.
ORIENTATION & ASSESSMENT
If you are unsure which class to enroll your child, we offer complimentary assessments prior to registering. Assessments take approximately 15 minutes and ensure your child is enrolled in the appropriate class. They are also a wonderful way to become orientated with our facility and staff before their first class. Contact customer service at 604 357 7355 to book your assessment.
PAYMENT
Fees must be paid in full at time of registration. We accept cash, debit, Visa or Mastercard payments.
MEMBERSHIP FEE
A $30 yearly membership fee per child is due upon registration. Memberships will be renewed annually from the date of registration.
WITHDRAWALS
Any withdrawal requests must be made in writing. If requests are made within the first 3 weeks of the session, 80% of the pro-rated balance will be credited to your TumbleTown account. There will be no non-medical withdrawals given following the third week of lessons. Medical withdrawals supported by a doctor’s note will be credited 80% of the pro-rated balance. The membership fee is non-refundable.
MAKE UPS
We do not offer make-up classes. In lieu of missed classes, families may attend our family drop in classes up to two times per session. Attendance must be booked in advance through customer service.
ABSENCES
Whenever possible, please inform us if you will be away.
