POLICIES FOR ONLINE PROGRAMS
REGISTRATION AND BILLING
Registration is ongoing and billed monthly, in line with the calendar month. Your first month is prorated based on the start date, after which the regular billing rates will ensue.
Tuition is processed the 25th of each month, for the following month. We require a valid credit card to be saved in your account to complete your registration. Unless we have received notice prior, your monthly payment will be automatically charged to your card on file on the 25th of each month.
Monthly fees are based on 4 classes per month. Fees are a flat rate regardless of cancellations due to statutory holidays or months where there are 5 classes.
All fees are subject to GST.
CLASS WITHDRAWALS
We know this is a hard time for all families and situations change. There are no fees to withdraw, and we are waiving our one-month notice policy. You may withdraw at anytime by providing notice in writing. If you wish to withdraw, email service@tumbletown.ca anytime BEFORE 11:59pm on the 24th of the month and you will not receive any further charges. Once fees are processed, we do not offer any refunds or credits.
MEMBERSHIP FEE
The yearly membership fee has been waived for online classes. We know this is a difficult time and we want to ensure everyone can have access to our programs!
LATE REGISTRATION
TumbleTown will accept registration at any time! Fees will be prorated accordingly.
CLASS TRANSFERS
Transfers are permitted dependent on class availability. Contact service@tumbletown.ca with any requests.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
Classes must meet our minimum class size in order to run. TumbleTown reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes based on enrollment. You will be notified and will receive a full refund for a class should it be cancelled due to low enrollment.
MAKE UPS
Unfortunately we do not allow make-ups. However, your class will be recorded and can be accessed at anytime – you won’t miss out!
ABSENCES
When possible, please inform us if you will be unable to make class!
USE OF RECORDINGS AND ADDITIONAL MATERIALS
All class recordings and additional materials provided by TumbleTown are for private use only. These are not meant for sharing or distribution.
